Peace of mind allows us to be more loving and kind to ourselves, our loved ones and our world. We are much better equipped to deal with life’s challenges from a place of inner peace. We most certainly need to practice inner peace when dealing with the trauma and challenges of Substance Use Disorder.

There are 60 minutes in an hour, and 24 hours in a day. Or 1440 minutes each day.
